The brand system that moved into the client's ChatGPT
A 12-designer design studio with no technical staff was losing time to past clients emailing for old files, and to current clients bringing back off-brand work made in ChatGPT.
Clients need on-brand assets and AI output without emailing the studio
We built an MCP server on top of the studio's digital asset management system so ChatGPT and Claude can fetch brand files and generate decks and slides. Each client's brand rules load as constraints, scoped to that client only. Designers checked output against hand-approved work before clients used it.
- admin time tracking down assets went from just under 20 hours a week to an hour or two
