Founder's client replies stall and AI drafts don't sound like her
Rules read her opt-in-approved sent work mail and write cited tone notes per client. Each incoming work message gets a draft in that client's voice, with the latest tracker status attached. Money, scope and missed dates get a holding reply. Nothing sends; she edits and sends, and her edits become corrections for that client's next draft.
